Welcome to Therealartbylara. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, prints, and images on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Lara Reijnen (Therealartbylara). Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, commercially use, or create derivative works from any artwork without prior written permission from the artist.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

3. Shipping

We take great care in packaging and shipping all artwork and prints. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and the postal or courier service.

Therealartbylara is located in the Europe. International orders, particularly orders shipped outside Europe, may therefore take longer to arrive.

If you choose an untracked shipping option, your shipment will not include tracking information. This means that neither you nor Therealartbylara will be able to track the location or delivery status of the shipment after it has been dispatched.

By selecting untracked shipping, you acknowledge the additional risk associated with shipping without tracking. Where permitted by applicable law, Therealartbylara cannot provide a full refund solely because an untracked shipment cannot be located or its delivery status cannot be verified.

Untracked international shipments may also take longer to arrive than tracked shipments. Please allow additional time for international delivery, customs processing, and local postal services.

For greater delivery visibility, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option when available.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Any statutory rights you may have are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damage and packaging so that we can assist you.
